・　Did you hear what happened? 

・　You will never guess what happened? 

たとえば

A: Guess what ? 

B: What? 

A: I found a really nice Japanese noodle shop near Chiang Mai university! 

B: Wow

今日の会話クラスで直喩表現を習いました。 

〇〇のように

_____is as ______ as 〇〇

_____is as free as a bird.

_____is as slow as snail.

_____is as hungry as a horse.

_____is as easy as pie.
_____is as good as gold.
_____is as smart as whip.
_____is as flat as a pancake.
_____is as happy as a clam.
The cat is as big as a whale. 

英語ではこのように表現するようです。びっくり！

タイのタイヤのチューブはよくパンクします。

理由は何か刺さるのではなく、タイヤの空気をいれるところが折れてしまいます。
